Corner one-bedroom with a private terrace and Empire State Building views
Hi, I'm Aaron. My wife and I live here, and we're traveling from December 13 to January 15. We'd rather have someone enjoy the apartment over the holidays than leave it empty, so we're subletting it while we're gone.
It's on the corner of the 16th floor, so there's light from two sides for most of the day. The living room has a dining table, a reading corner and a digital piano by the window, and the bedroom is behind sliding French doors.
The terrace is the reason we love the place. It has a long table, planters and string lights, and it faces the Empire State Building. Even in December it's worth putting a coat on to have your morning coffee out there.
The building opened in 2017 and has a 24-hour doorman, a gym and a music room. We're on a quiet block between Hudson Yards and Hell's Kitchen, five minutes from the 7 train and a short walk to Penn Station and Broadway.
Where you'll sleep
A queen bed in its own room, with sliding French doors you can close off from the living room. The bedroom window faces the Empire State Building too.
